Hear the Cougars Call…. The success of our family not-for-profit club is heavily reliant on the thankless work of our volunteers and your assistance is always wanted. Our Committee, Age Group Coordinators and Team Managers, all volunteer their time for the love of the club, their kids & basketball. We are extremely fortunate to have such great support, but always welcome new volunteers every season. Please see the list of vacant positions below…
Every team requires a Manager to prepare a roster for parent supervision at training sessions, scoring on game day and first aid rotation. There is also the rare occasion, that the manager looks after any complaints or disciplinary matters with players & / or parents. Team Managers also play an integral part in communicating with the team and managing player availability.
AGE COORDINATORS
Each age group requires an age co-ordinator who is responsible for team selections, coordinating coaches’ player assessments, player grading, team manager coordination, training times coordination, liaising with head coaches and team grading recommendations with the Community Basketball League. Our aim is to have two coordinators per age group to share the workload and work together to grade players and teams.
