ABOUT THE SEASON:
The Season runs for Term 2 & Term 3, 2025.
Players of all abilities and experience are welcome to join! You can join individually or as a whole team!
Playball teams are welcome!
WINTER SEASON AGE GROUPS:
U8 – Born in 2018/2019 – FRIDAY AFTERNOONS!!
SATURDAYS:
U9 – Born in 2017
U10 – Born in 2016
U12 – Born in 2015 or 2014
U14 – Born in 2013 or 2012
U16 – Born in 2011 or 2010
U18 – Born in 2009 or 2008
U22 GIRLS ONLY – Born 2007-2004 (play Saturday afternoons)
SUNDAYS:
U22 BOYS ONLY – Born in 2007 through to 2004 (play Sunday afternoons)
SEASON DATES:
From 26 April 2025, through to 14 September 2025
Presentation Day – 14 September, 2025 at Canterbury Primary School
TRAINING VENUES: Teams train each week on half a court at either of the following venues – Camberwell High School, Strathcona Girls, Wattle Park Primary or Camberwell Girls Grammar.
FEES: $330 – includes all weekly games, finals and weekly training sessions.
NON TRAINING TEAMS – Please email the club first before registering. Discounts apply for whole teams not training!
FIXTURE WINDOW – Fixturing windows for each age group for Winter Season (to be confirmed by the League). Please note this may, on occasion, change.
Friday afternoons: Under 8s competition
Saturday games:
Under 9s – 8:30am, 9.15am, 10am, 10:45am, 11:30am
Under 10s – 8:30am, 9.15am, 10am, 10:45am, 11:30am
Under 12s – 10:45am, 11:30am, 12:15pm, 1pm, 1:45pm
Under 14s – 12:15pm, 1pm, 1:45pm, 2:30pm, 3:15pm
Under 16s – 2:30pm, 3:15pm, 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm
Under 18s – 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm
Sunday afternoons: Under 22s – 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm
UNIFORMS – New players MUST order a NEW PLAYER PACK if they are joining U14s or below. U16s and above new players only require playing uniform – training singlet is optional.
Lead time is 5-6 weeks. Please click on the tab above “SHOP” to order. If you are within 6 weeks of Round 1 , please email Jane our Uniform Coordinator directly for advice on how (and if) you are able to receive a uniform in time for Round 1.

U8s – FRIDAY AFTERNOONS!
U8s is for players born 2018.
These are some things you need to know about the CBL U8s competition:
- Cost is the same as Saturday Competition – $330 for all games and finals across Term 4 and Term 1 (dates above)
- Weekly training sessions (included in the price)
- Games will be mostly played out of Kew High School and Camberwell High School
- Lowered rings
- Friendly, encouraging referees
- Direct path into our normal Saturday competition
- Join as an individual or bring your mates in a team!
